Conference Calls FAQ
How do I invite participants to my conference?
To invite participants to attend your conference, you will need to distribute only your dial-in number and participant passcode. This information is available on your Conference Call card, in your account confirmation e-mail, and on-line in 'Moderator Login'. Please contact Reservations in the event that you cannot locate this information.
If I run into trouble on my audio conference, what do I do?
Operator assistance is available to anyone on your call by simply pressing *0 on a touch-tone phone.
What happens if one of my participants forgets their pass-code?
If a participant forgets their pass-code or enters the wrong pass-code, they will be greeted by the conference operator. The operator will access the moderator and seek their permission before adding the participant to the call.
