Reservationless System

You can launch a conference without any reservations, anytime 24/7. We provide you with a dedicated dial-in number & passcode.

Conference Call Support

A support representative is available to the Host or attendees at anytime during their meeting by pressing *0 for assistance with your conference call.

Web Interface

Web-based audio controls allow the Host to mute individual lines, control volume and disconnect participants from the Batipi Conference Call online interface.

Web Based Slides

Upload and share your PowerPoint presentation with your audience. Ideal for sharing a presentation on the fly, where the full functionality of a web conference, is not required.

Conference Security Code

This feature adds another level of security as an option to any conference. Once enabled, this feature will ask a Moderator to enter a conference specific security code at the beginning of each conference that must then be entered by all Participants to access the conference. The Moderator can choose to use (or not use) this feature on each conference.

Create Sub-Conferences

Allows a Moderator to host up to 9 additional subconferences/breakout rooms within the main conference. Once a subconference has been initiated, Participants/Moderators may actively move from one conference to another as necessary. At the end of the conference, the Moderator will then have the ability to pull everyone back into the main conference and terminate the subconferencing feature, by pressing #0.

Record & Replay

The Moderator can start, stop, pause, erase & restart a recording at any time during a conference. The Moderator will then automatically be sent an e-mail with dial-in numbers and passcodes to replay the conference when it becomes available. Playbacks become available 30 to 60 minutes after the end of the conference, and are active for up to 30 days.

Conference Introduction

Enables you to record an introduction to your conference by using the *32 control. This introduction is unique to a set of passcodes and will be played before the Participant is allowed to enter the conference but after all other feature prompts. The Moderator may re-record or disable this introduction at any time.

Available to all Moderators as well as Participants. When accessed, these features help individual callers control their audio output/input into a conference.
